High river levels are beginning to peak and are continuing to cause flooding this evening. Flooding is expected on 28 January 2026. Locations most affected are near the Lower Dorset Stour, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Redhill and Wheatplot Home Sites. It is not yet safe to return to your property. The power to the sites has now been switched off. The reception centre is available at Iford Bridge Pub 12 Old Bridge Rd, Iford, Bournemouth BH6 5RG. We are liaising with emergency services and local authorities. This message will be updated by 12:00PM on 29 January 2026 or as the situation changes.
