Flood Alert

Mansbridge and Riverside Park

High river levels on Monday may lead to flooding. High tide is forecast at 10:45PM on 16/02/2026 and 00:45AM on 17/02/2026. The water level is expected to be 4.65 metres Chart Datum (1.91 mAOD). Flooding could affect the access road and car parking areas near the White Swan Pub and car garage at Mansbridge. Some water may be forced up through the floor of the Pub. Parts of Riverside Park will also be flooded. The next high tide, forecast at 10:45AM on 17/02/2026, is expected to be 10cm lower. Flooding impacts are possible, but not expected on this tide. However, flood risk will increase from Wednesday 18/02/2026, as more rain, possibly heavy, is forecast. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and are liaising with Southampton City Council on operation of Woodmill. Consider activating any flood protection products you may have, including defences around the White Swan Pub. This message will be updated by 6:00PM on 17/02/2026.
