Lower River Medway

High river levels today have led to flooding.  Flooding is possible from the morning of 30 October 2025 .  Locations most affected will be low lying land around East Farleigh Lock. Flooding is not expected in Maidstone today.  We are closely monitoring the situation .  Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses .  This message will be updated by 4:30PM on 30 October 2025 or as the situation changes.
