High river levels may lead to flooding. River levels are high on the River Churn. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, 12 March 2026, especially near Cerney Wick. The forecast is for a mostly dry day today with light showers possible during the afternoon. Heavy rain is expected this evening and overnight. Friday is forecast to be mostly dry with a chance of showers. River levels are falling very slowly. We expect levels to continue falling very slowly over the coming days. Levels are sensitive to further rainfall. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels. Avoid low lying footpaths and roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
